Not feeling self motivate today? Do you know how to be motivated and keep moving?
This post is my inner feeling about how to increase motivation. We often feel unmotivated and lack behind that frustrate us.
The Feeling of unable to do things as regular.Let me share few ways on how I keep myself motivated.
1. CREATE A BIG GOAL
Let's create a large goal first. This is your ideal, your "five-year plan" if you will. Understand Goal Setting theory it is knowing your intentions and how to proceed toward it with a motivate perspective.
Start by setting a SMART goal for yourself. Goal-setting is linked to task execution. By setting specific and clear goals, people experience greater output and better achievement.

2. START WITH SMALL STEPS
When you get specific with your goals, you are much more likely to achieve them. To set the specificity of your goals, let's start with the five W.
Who: Who is included in this goal?
What: What do I want to achieve
Where: Place of goal
Why: What's the special reason for the goal
When: What's the time frame and want to achieve this goal?
By breaking up a large goal into smaller pieces, you can willfully break away at your larger goal, bit by bit.
3. LEARN NEW SKILLS
We often think this is not the correct time to learn and we keep on procrastinate but the motivational fact is when we take initiative to learn this give kick to our brain.
Continue learning and acquiring knowledge (i.e., develop a love of learning);

4. SCHEDULE WEEKLY
Making a to-do list is a great way to organize your thoughts and all the different tasks fluttering around in your head.
Make a to-do list, but make it short. If you’re not feeling motivated today, you probably won’t have the most productive day in the history of time. And you know what? You don’t have to.
And if you manage to accomplish a few tasks even on your worst days, then this is a great achievement in itself!

5. TAKE A BREAK
If you've gone through all of the earlier steps but you're still feeling completely unmotivated, maybe it's time for a break.
Planning your work without breaks a big NO. We need a break in every 60 min to rejuvenate our energy and moving your body decrease toxic
Give yourself permission to take a break—then take it.
Taking time—whether on vacation or a hiatus from work—is like taking a long shower. Suddenly, your thoughts become clearer and more transparent.

6. STAY POSITIVE
This should probably be tip number one. Keep positive around your work and change your perspective towards life.
Remember that you are in control of your life—only you can make the changes to remunerate and stimulate you—both professionally and personally. You've got this.
Spend less time with negative people who always look at the dark or apathetic side of things.
And spend more of the time you have now freed up with enthusiastic or motivated people and let their energy flow over to you.
