Remove all inactive email addresses when you get such a notification.
Bounce rate indicates your reputation as a sender and a low bounce rate is the optimal goal for all email marketers.
Also, subscriber who aren’t opening or interacting with your email should be monitored carefully.
3.Subject line matters
Using uppercase and multiple exclamation will be shown as spam, not just spam filters but receivers too.
However, subject lines with a question mark will get more often opened than those with exclamation points.
For example, free, best price, earn$, or make$. Those words are on a blacklist and spam filters will catch them for sure.
4.Pay attention to the email body
Avoid using videos, Flash, or JavaScript because these are detected as spam.
It’s much better to include an image of a video and add a link that leads to your website where the video can be watched. it’s better to add a call-to-action to your email.
Irregular font and font color may also detect as spam.
Spelling and grammar play a role here too. Incorrect spelling and grammar errors are triggers to spam filters. Grammarly is a great tool for this purpose and my favorite writing helper since my first language isn’t English.
5.Clear and easy unsubscribe option
Even though, this is required by law it’s also good for your email list. This will exclude automatically those who don’t want your email and will not cause your reputation as an email sender to decline.
As an email marketer, you would like to appreciate your audience’s decisions, and who knows, they might return to your email list.
You can ask your subscriber to adds your email address to their address book, your email will be delivered to the inbox.
